Even though CRYLO® is a young start-up, we have decades of experience. All employees are highly qualified and some have more than 40 years of experience.

No, each user is allowed only one account to ensure fair access to our platform.

No! After successful registration you are part of the CRYLO® club and can test our services as a guest. To become an investor, you must go through the onboarding process after registering.
Onboarding Questions

Once you register, you’ll go through the onboarding process: 1. Go through the Investor Questionnaire to select your investment goals and risk tolerance; 2. Select your CRYLO product; 3. Go through the Identity Verification (KYC) Process; 4. Select your deposit option and pay in (fiat or crypto deposits); 5. Optional, you can download the CRYLO App to track your portfolio on the go
KYC is required for certain services, such as fiat transactions or regulatory compliance. You’ll need to upload an ID and proof of residence.
You can explore the platform as a guest without completing onboarding, but certain features (like funding your account and investing) require full verification.
After successful registration, you can contact CRYLO customer service at any time (24/7) for step-by-step help.
