Biography of Andriy Shestakov
Andriy Shestakov joined CRYLO® in 2025 as the second co-founder. He leads our product development and architecture for next-generation financial technology solutions. With over 18 years of experience building mission-critical systems for top-tier investment banks and hedge funds, Andriy brings deep expertise in compliance, risk management, and quantitative finance for cross-asset trading platforms.
Personal Experience
Prior to co-founding CRYLO®, Andriy held senior roles at leading financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, HSBC, MUFG, Standard Chartered Bank, BlueCrest Capital Management, Crédit Agricole, and CIBC World Markets.
His experience spans all major asset classes including equity, commodity, foreign exchange, fixed income, credit derivatives, and structured products.
Education
Andriy holds a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Odesa State University, Ukraine. He also earned the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) from Fitch Learning in London, England.
