CRYLO ("the Company") is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the disclosure of customer information in response to valid legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and other formal legal processes. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting legal requests to CRYLO® and the steps we take to ensure compliance while safeguarding customer privacy.

Submitting a Legal Request

All legal requests must be submitted in writing and include:

• The requesting authority’s name, contact details, and jurisdiction.
• A clear description of the requested information, including relevant account details (if available).
• A valid case number, court name, and signature of an authorized official.
• A return email and mailing address for correspondence.

CRYLO’s Response Process

Upon receipt, CRYLO® will:

• Authenticate the Request – Verify the legitimacy and scope of the subpoena or legal order.
• Notify Affected Parties (if permitted by law) – Depending on legal requirements, CRYLO® may notify customers before disclosing information unless prohibited (e.g., under a gag order).
• Produce Responsive Data – Provide only the information legally required, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.
• Object or Seek Modification (if necessary) – CRYLO® may challenge overbroad or improperly issued requests.

Fees for Compliance

CRYLO® may charge reasonable fees for processing legal requests, including costs associated with data retrieval, legal review, and production, as permitted by law

International Requests

Non-Swiss requests must comply with applicable treaties (e.g., Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties - MLATs) or Swiss legal standards for enforceability.

Customer Privacy & Data Protection

CRYLO® prioritizes customer privacy and will only disclose information when legally compelled. We adhere to strict data protection standards under regulations such as GDPR (where applicable) and Swiss financial privacy laws.

Our Complaint Handling Process

• Acknowledgment – We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
• Investigation – Our Compliance Team will review your concern and may request additional information.
• Resolution – We strive to resolve complaints within 15 business days. Complex cases may take longer, but we will keep you informed.
• Final Response – You will receive a written explanation of our findings and any corrective actions taken.

Escalation & Regulatory Recourse

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant financial regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. CRYLO® operates in compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other applicable financial regulations, ensuring your rights as an investor are protected.

Our Dispute Resolution Process

At CRYLO®, we prioritize transparency, fairness, and client satisfaction in all aspects of our AI-powered digital wealth management services. Should any disputes arise, we are committed to resolving them efficiently and amicably. Below is our structured Dispute Resolution Process, designed to ensure a clear and equitable resolution for all parties.

1. Informal Resolution

Clients are encouraged to first contact CRYLO® Customer Support at service (at) crylo.ai or through our in-app chat function. Our team will promptly review the issue and work toward a mutually acceptable solution. Most concerns are resolved at this stage.

2. Formal Complaint Submission

If the matter remains unresolved, clients may submit a formal written complaint via email to compliance (at) crylo.ai, including:

• Client name and account details
• Description of the dispute with supporting documents
• Preferred resolution

CRYLO’s Compliance Team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and conduct a thorough investigation, typically providing a written response within 15 business days.

3. Mediation & Arbitration

If the dispute persists, CRYLO® agrees to engage in mediation through an independent, certified financial dispute resolution body (e.g., FINRA Dispute Resolution or AAA). If mediation fails, binding arbitration may be initiated under the rules of the selected arbitration forum, with proceedings conducted confidentially.

4. Regulatory Escalation

Clients retain the right to escalate complaints to relevant financial regulators, such as the FINMA, depending on jurisdiction.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the laws of Zürich (ZH), Switzerland, with any arbitration or litigation proceedings conducted in Switzerland.
