We take your requests seriously
At CRYLO®, we prioritize transparency, compliance, and the protection of our clients' rights while adhering to global financial regulations. This Legal Request Policy outlines how third parties, government agencies, and authorized entities may submit legal requests for information related to our AI-powered digital wealth management services.
1. Types of Legal Requests We Accept
CRYLO® responds to valid legal requests, including:
- Subpoenas
- Court Orders
- Search Warrants
- Regulatory or Government Inquiries (e.g., SEC, FinCEN, IRS, or international equivalents)
- Data Subject Requests (under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws)
2. Submitting a Legal Request
All requests must:
- Be issued by a recognized legal or regulatory authority.
- Include clear details (client name, account information, relevant dates, etc.).

3. Required Information
To expedite processing, provide:
- Requesting entity’s contact details.
- Relevant legal basis (jurisdiction, case number, etc.).
- Specific data requested (avoid overly broad demands).
4. Response Timeline
CRYLO® evaluates requests promptly, typically within 15–30 business days, depending on complexity and jurisdiction. Urgent requests (e.g., law enforcement emergencies) may receive expedited review.
5. Client Notification
Unless prohibited by law, CRYLO® may notify affected clients of legal requests to ensure transparency, except in cases involving:
- Criminal investigations.
- Court-issued gag orders.
6. International Requests
Non-Swiss requests must comply with applicable treaties (e.g., MLATs) or demonstrate enforceability under Swiss law.
7. Fees
CRYLO® may charge reasonable fees for excessive or complex data retrieval.
