We Make Low Fees Transparent
Your management fee is charged on your average assets each month. The platform fee covers analytics, reports, and support based on your plan. You can add tax packs, statements on demand, audit packs, or API and pro data access when you need them. Custody and platform infrastructure costs and on-chain network fees are charged at cost and shown clearly.

Clear fees help you compare value and stay in control. We do not add spreads or hidden markups. We do not charge performance fees to retail clients. Features and access depend on your region and local rules. Digital assets are risky and prices move. Only invest what you can afford to lose. Now, here are our affordable pricing plans:

(per jurisdiction): $39–$49/year Year-end tax summary compatible with common filing tools.
Statements
(Statements-on-demand): $50 per statement. Dated, signed PDF statements outside the regular schedule.
Audit Special
(Audit pack): $300 per request. Auditor-ready export (holdings, transactions, valuation methods).
API Access
API / Pro data access (monthly): Core API (read-only, fair use): $29 Pro API (higher limits, webhooks): $99 Enterprise API (custom SLAs): $199 Access keys are non-transferable; read-only unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party pass-through costs (at cost)
Custody
Custody / platform infrastructure: up to 0.20% p.a. on average AUM (varies by custodian/venue).
Network fees
On-chain network fees: variable by chain and network demand (charged at the time of transaction). We do not add a spread or markup to pass-through costs.
How Billing Works
- Management fee: accrues daily and is billed monthly on your account’s average AUM for the period.
- Platform fee: billed monthly per account according to your plan.
- Add-ons: billed when ordered (or annually for tax packs).
- Currency: fees are shown in USD. Charges in other currencies are converted at prevailing rates.
- Taxes: VAT/GST may apply and will be added where required.

No performance fees for retail accounts
Where local rules permit and only for eligible professional/qualified clients, performance-based fees are available under separate agreements.
Availability varies by region
Some features, assets, and add-ons are not available in certain countries and will be gated by your location and applicable regulations.
Conflicts & best execution
We do not take payment for order flow or add spreads to execution. We disclose all fees and pass-through costs above.

Digital assets are volatile. Values can go down as well as up. Returns are not guaranteed. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

Services are provided in line with local rules. EU access is offered via authorised partners where applicable. Swiss operations align with FINMA guidance. UK retail promotions, if shown, are approved by an FCA-authorised firm. See our Regulatory Status page for details.
Pricing Examples (illustrative)
Starter example
Starter with $5,000 average AUM for the month: Management fee ≈ $4.17 for the month (1.00%/12 × $5,000) + platform $8.66 + any pass-through costs and network fees (if trades occurred).
Professional example
Professional with $100,000 average AUM for the month: Management fee ≈ $62.50 (0.75%/12 × $100,000) + platform $16.20 + pass-through and network fees as applicable.
VIP example
VIP with $2,000,000 average AUM and a tier break to 0.40% p.a. (example only): Management fee ≈ $666.67 (0.40%/12 × $2,000,000) + platform $89.00 + pass-through costs as applicable.
